Great film i enjoyed from start to finish!

It was good.. I found my self wanting to pay attentions sometimes and then skipping ahead..

I liked this movie. Was a little strange without Matt Damon but it was worth watching. It was a good movie. The others were better but am looking forward to the next movie. Got to give this story a chance to unfold. Waiting for these two operatives to meet. Since he learned Jason's name, I figure they will come into contact at some point. Hope its soon.

I watched the Cam version before... and now the DVD copy is here I watched it again. Great story line, stunts and action. I want more.

Sadly to say i found this more interesting than the other Bournes. Great film, plenty of action. Only problem i found was all the great action scenes were at the end.

ive seen every bourne movie, and this one was in my opinion just okay. there was to many slow boring parts where nothing happened at all. although when action did happen it was phenomenal. ill rewatch it again!!

It would be wrong to compare this movie to the excellent Bourne movies.... It's not about Jason Bourne, as such. But it is a continuance of the story line, and what happens to a other agents. It is very well made, the story does make sense and makes a good entry to the whole saga. Jeremy Renner is very convincing as Aaron Cross, and is quite fast and agile in the action sequences. Rachel Weisz's character is also formidable, and not your usual run of the mill, love interest. It has had bad reviews, but give it a go. If you like the Bourne story line, you should enjoy this.... 8/10

Good action movie with usual evil doings by the Agency in a plausible ploteat acting by Weisz and Renner,some crazy stunts and didn't miss Matt Damon one bit....fast and entertaining,4/5.

OK thriller seems disjointed. You spend the first half trying to follow a convoluted plot..d then it just turns into a simple chase film. It's almost as if the first half didn't even matter. Still.. was a fun watch with an exciting chase scene near the end!.....6/10

Well the action was great. The script and story could have been better but other than that I really enjoyed. Renner did an awesome job with the character. Yeah it's worth a watch.

Firstly I'm sorry if I offend anyone but I gotta say there are so many ignorant assholes criticising this movie. I believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion but those who hate the film because Matt Damon isn't in it or because it's not about Jason Bourne!! Pick up a **** book! If you know anything, you'll know that the books didn't revolve around the one character and it was just named after him because he was the first agent to go rogue. These characters were in the books and had a major role, Bourne didn't!!He got married, had kids and ran away, the end, enter new agent. This movie may not be completely following the story in the book but for **** sake read about it first, I guarantee this character was in the books!!! Rant over. I give this movie a 8/10 as it was all about introducing the new character and the new agency, previously unknown, but overall a decent watch. Love Jeremy Renner!! :)

Open ended, good watch, waiting for next,

Love the action, story is good but they need to lose the "bourne" title, but the script is just not enjoyable, ending is weird. Jeremy Renner is always dope, great action, but it doesn't hold up to the Bourne films. 8/10

If they hadn't put Bourne in the title and ran it individually this would have been an alright film. It was kinda nice to see what happened after Ultimatum but Jason Bourne should been there for that. The fact is that this movie doesn't live up the the franchise and doesn't deserve to be watched as a sequel. However, if you've run out of decent films to watch, as I have, this is still a decent movie.

i enjoyed the movie but i wouldn't say it was the best of the Bourne series... so i would rate it as 3.5/5 because it just lacked the same substance as the ones with matt damon and the ending could of played out differently but other than that it still was pretty good

Legacy may not be the Bourne blockbuster its predecessors were, but it overlaps nicely with the other films while making a name for itself at the same time. With Renner at the lead, the future of the Bourne franchise is in good hands. Though it would be nice to at least have Damon cameo in the next one.

Even though this film was 2 hours long it still felt like it ended quikely, the plot was weak and unorganized, they spent way to much time explaining/showing what was going on and not getting to the point and objective of the plot, it felt so unfinished, but there was very good acting and an action pact film.

A really good movie just like the rest of them but it is missing Matt Damon. I was expecting him to be in this movie at least for little instead the most I saw of him was his picture and his name. Also the ending could've been better.

A great action / adventure movie to use as an escape vehicle from mundane life. Gives us another piece or two to the puzzles that were the Black Ops programs that produced Bourne and as well gives us new characters for the future movies... Yes, there were differences and things to complain about if you look for them, but WHY?

I have to be honest, when I heard there was another Bourne movie coming out, I was highly skeptical about what the end-result would look like. My love for the original trilogy and the performance of Matt Damon as Jason Bourne in all three movies made me almost not want to see this movie. Which is the only excuse I really have for not seeing it until now. That being said, this movie, despite being part of the 'Bourne Series' should'n't be compared in any way to the original three movies. Seeing Jeremy Renner, Edward Norton and Rachel Weisz all together is in and of itself reason to see this movie, and the actors don't disappoint, if you are a fan of any of them you will recognize their hard work and their extraordinary ability to perform their best regardless of what project they took part of. However, the plot line fell somewhat flat for me, Aaron Cross reaches his goal almost halfway through the movie and because of that the entire ending feels like a huge anti-climax. The action was also only mediocre, containing only one or two scenes where I could honestly say "ok, this is a 'Bourne' movie." For those reasons I would say, if the movie stood alone from the Bourne series and had been named something else, I would have barely made the connection between this movie and the previous ones. If it stood on its own I would rate it 7/10, but because it's part of a series, and it didn't really live up to it's prequels I rate it a 5/10

Not a bad action flick for a one time viewing. Renner did a fantastic job. He looked and played the part very well. I wish they showed more of him before he became an asset. Weisz was also really good, but I woundt expect anything less from her. The story was abit confusing, especially if you didnt see the other films. You can watch this as a stand alone, but you wont get most of it so I suggest you go back and watch the first 3 films. Had some great action scenes, and also some amazing fights, fast and brutal. Only real downside was how long it took them to get the story rolling out! I thought we wound never see the end of that snowy forest! Like I said an one time watch, but def worth the watch. A 8/10 for me.

I love this movie its pretty awesome

A) Matt Damon didn't want to play Bourne anymore, for his own reasons B) None of the Bourne movies had anything to do with the books outside of the first 15 minutes of The Bourne Identity, some of the characters and minor plot details. By The Bourne Ultimatum, Jason Bourne/David Webb is in his late 40's/early 50's, married to Marie and has 2 kids. C) @rpearson: I love it when they create movies based on books, but at least have the movie somewhat resemble the books. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the movies, but they are not even in the same league as the books. And yes, there is a Bourne Legacy book. I believe there are now 6 or 7 books in the Bourne line, though everything after Ultimatum was written by one of Robert Ludlum's friends and is usually titled "Robert Ludlum's The Bourne...". And, as far as my understanding, Jason Bourne is still the main character in Legacy. At this point they are only taking the names of the books and characters for the movies just to make a profit from the books and the Matt Damon Trilogy. Too bad too because I like Weisz and Renner and feel that they, Jason Bourne and the books deserved something much better that what Hollywood is doing to it.

Renner was really great but the plot sucks. My reaction at the end of the movie was like "what the he** happened, that was it", anyway I'm expecting too much from this. 5/10

I'll simply rate this a 5/10. The guy action is very good, beside that, once again, they try to hard to sync this one with the first one. They make it complicated with and BS ending. I was spectinG to see some encounter with the real Jason Borne. I REALLY HOPE IS THE LAST OF THE BOURNE SUPREMACY. No good enough for my tasted...............

Where the hell is Matt Damon.. It was no legacy.. Should be held up as an example of how dedicatedly good actors can almost redeem a pointless, badly written film. Better than Identity, equal to Supremacy, not as good as Ultimatum..

Great movie, I can't agree with all these people saying its "slow". This movie moves at a pace that is perfect for it, nothing gets revealed too quickly as i'm sure this is the start of another trilogy but that's not a big deal to me. I'm wondering if Bourne will possibly cameo in one of the movies to follow and i can only hope.

WHY WOULD YOU TAKE MEDICINE FROM THE SAME COMPANY THAT WANTS TO "KILL YOU"?? They could of put anything in his pills!!! movie is good just not that good...8/10*

i do unlike most people love it when they create a movie based off a book, its fun and all, but unlike the movies before this one has no book, i've read all three bourne books, but looked in library and believe there isn't one for this movie

bottom line this was corny .ey ruined it in the first place with changing characters ... but there no real story to follow up on.. 4/10

Really quite a good movie, it would no doubt have been better as a stand alone movie rather than a Bourne series. But I'd say it had a pretty stable amount of action. 7/10

Ok, of course the originals are going to be the best because they are the originals, but this movie definietly holds up. Jeremey Renner does a great job playing the part and the action sequences were good. The plot was much better than I expected and they definitely leave room for more bourne movies. Overall I'd give this 8.2/10.0

A total cliffhanger movie. It didn't really accomplish anything other than gearing up for a sequel.

Definitely not the best for this series but still not bad. I was amped when it was said to be about a super bourne but i think they coulda emphasized his enhanced abilities a bit more. Still quite entertaining tho 7.5/10!

The latest in the Bourne series is certainly a solid action/adventure film. I think many of us see the Bourne series as taking up the Bond mantle as the top action/spy series. Still while I enjoyed the film and its solid acting, casting, production values I felt it not quite up the very high bar set by the earlier Bourne films especially the first two. The Aaron Cross character, through no fault of the actor's performance, does not have enough dramatic moments where the audience is able to connect emotionally with the character and his plight. I found myself less sympathetic to the leading character than was the case in the Bourne Identity where Matt Damon's character was allowed in the script to show his vulnerability and thereby establish a greater interest in the audience about his plight. No fault of Jeremy Renner's who has show strong acting skills in earlier films like The Town but rather of the script which places the logistics of the plot over character development. Still a solid action outing with good casting and entertainment value just falling short of the best of the earlier films.

Great action packed movie that is a very welcome add to the former Bourne movies. I really liked the acting and the well placed violence scene that were very realistic where other movies tend to go over the top with million $$$ explosions and it makes you wonder how far the CIA and other security agencies would go to biochemicaly enhance humans and cover it up if anything would go wrong..t scary ain't it 8,5/10

Good film for the bourne franchise

I loved the movie. I still feel it was very open-ended; I assume they want to make a sequel. Some more action was needed, but definitely worth the watch.
